"Unlocking" alternate recipes

Suggestion

It could be nice if there was a way to track which alternate recipes have been unlocked in the game.
This could come as a checklist in the settings menu.

The available recipes would then be highlighted or grayed out when selecting recipes for a machine.

    Perhaps also an option to list the alternate recipes being used in the sidepane (along with the other stats like power and production)
