Under/overclock for a set number of machines

Add some way to calculate the necessary over/underclock based on the calculated output requirement and a set number of machines. Maybe a second box after the clock speed in the context menu.

Example:
From a calculated 2.6 constructors of output set to

• 2 machines = 130% clock

• 3 machines = 87% clock

• 4 machines = 65% clock

• etc

Which is just ceil(100*output/machines)
