Show forced zeroes

The new experimental manual is very clever, It can force an output to 0 if it does not have enough to fill the wanted amount, which prevents odd production expectations game-side

It would be nice if the outputs showed these zeros (only when more was asked for), for easier identification of issues.

I.e. the missing Neural processors should show in this list
