Pipes and conveyers

i love this modeler! super well made and this is not me hating on the program, just wanted to add something that may improve the logistics of it. it would be nice to see some method of hooking up pipes and conveyers to the inputs and outputs as through puts so when calculating things (ex.) you can determine how many refineries can hook into a single mk.2 pipe before you need a new pipe system. this way you can create your piping lines and early game conveyers (where item count is more of a problem) more accurately?
