Outpost output to outpost name

Suggestion

Hopefully this is a quick and easy one to add. I just want to be able to see the name of the outpost that an outpost is connected to in the tooltip instead of just “To Outpost”.

    I just came here to suggest this exact thing. It should be super simple to implement, it could simply use the text label of the outposts like:

    To Outpost (Text Label on Outpost), and for an outpost with no label, just display it as it is currently
