Markings for completed parts of factory

The point of this software is to model factories to be built yes? This seems like a mission critical kind of suggestion for clarity of building. Perhaps as simple as color coding… a way to check off parts of the factory being models as built, not built… in progress… etc.

I see two similar posts… I like both of them. I don’t think the form of implementation matters, just the ability to keep track somehow.
