Custom User Keybinds

It’d be nice to customize the keybinds for UI interaction. For example, I may want to pan with mouse3, marquis select with Ctrl+mouse1, drag machines with Shift+mouse1, etc. I often find myself accidentally dragging a machine somewhere when I meant to pan the screen.
