Copy clock speed % button + change format so it can be pasted in game

It would be nice to be able to copy the clock speed % by the click of a button so it can easily be pasted in game.

What’s more with that, when you use auto round up, it gives underclock (or overclock) value in decimal like “9 3/4”, however that value cannot be pasted in the clock speed ingame, but using a “+” inbetween works, like “9+3/4”.

So add a button to copy clock speed and when doing so change the format to “x+y” (x integer, y decimal)
